Nottingham Estate is a privately owned citrus farm in Beitbridge Zimbabwe. Our primary business is to produce quality fruit for export, local consumption and juicing purposes. Our secondary business is eco-tourism and hospitality under Nottingham Estate Resorts as Beitbridge is a diverse wildlife area rich in paleontological and archaeological history.

Our camps…

Fly Camp is a natural rocky amphitheatre where Elephant and other wildlife feast on citrus deemed unfit for human consumption.  Fly Camp offers a safe viewing platform for guests to enjoy the unique and endearing experience.  Guests are accommodated at either Kuduland or Fishing Retreat.

Kuduland is on the banks of the Mighty Limpopo River under an umbrella of Fever trees, and a spectacular Nyala Berry Tree, and has 2 swimming pools.  The perfect venue for family gatherings; breaks away from the hustle and bustle of city life; ideally located for an overnight stop before crossing into South Africa, or on your way back to Zimbabwe; or when in Beitbridge for business.  Kuduland is a rustic, but comfortable camp with a ‘safari feel’. 

Fishing Retreat fondly known as Fishing Camp, is situated on the banks of the Mushiloshokwe Dam.  The dam boasts rocky outcrops with a myriad of birdlife, Crocodile and Hippo, and is surrounded by Mopani, Baobab and a wide variety of other trees.  Wildlife dink from the water’s edge, and occasionally Leopard and Hyena can be seen drinking too.  

Location:  32kms from Beitbridge Town along the Bulawayo Beitbridge Road of which 22kms is a dirt road manageable by most cars when driving with care.  4x4s are not necessary.  An ideal destination to tag on to a Gonarezhou, Thuli or a Hwange/Victoria Falls trip.  Or a one night stay on your way to Bulawayo or South Africa (if you live in Zimababwe).
