Masvingo Province of Zimbabwe includes Masvingo which is the capital of the province. The province is bordered by Mozambique on the eastern side.
Masvingo Province is situated in the lowveld area of Zimbabwe where rainfall is minimal and unpredictable. Due to the aridness of the area, most parts are generally unfit for agriculture, except for cattle ranching.
